Draper Laboratory Chooses CoreDX DDS for IDRL Tracking System

Draper Laboratory has developed a layered, multi-sensor system for precision tracking in radio frequency challenged settings. This Inertial Doppler Radio Locator (IDRL) has the ability to track individual mobile units (soldiers, manned and autonomous ground vehicles, and UAVs) with a high degree of accuracy in environments with limited GPS availability and minimal infrastructure. Offering Time Space Position Information (TSPI) coverage in rugged outdoor and indoor GPS denied environments over large operational areas, IDRL has the capability of real-time tracking in support of range safety of personnel in the presence of autonomous vehicles.
